I have been reading a blog suggesting that you can save time in the lesson by having the icebreaker completed via a social media platform through pre-recorded videos in the free time of participants. What do you think? Is that a good opportunity to save instructional time, or are you and them missing out somehow?

 The internet is swapped with information on how to create and deliver effective courses through synchronous eLearning. How do you know which advice to follow and which not? The simple answer to the question is NO. The icebreaker is an OPPORTUNITY to create:

2. Safe environment for learning
3. Form authentic connections with your people
4. Nurture self-confidence and promote interactivity
