Consciously do this every start of a new hour. You can set the alarm on your phone to ring once, every hour, to snap you out of the ‘autopilot’ and redirect your thoughts on gratitude. Being calm and in control of your emotions, will help you make better decisions during this time.

Start and/or end your day by writing down a GRATITUDE DIARY. How?
✨ 1 – Find some quiet time to be alone. Lock yourself in the bathroom if need be! Just find 5 minutes to yourself.
✨ 2 -Breath in deeply while you think of what it is you are grateful – make sure you are very specific!
✨ 3 – Smile, and keep smiling
✨ 4 -Write down what you are grateful using full sentences
EXAMPLE: I am grateful for the strength and health of my body, allowing me to live everyday the way i choose to, enjoying long-distant running in the park, which sparks my soul and helps eliminate any stress or anxiety
I am grateful for the close connection i share with my partner, allowing us to communicate openly with honesty and authenticity, sharing openly our love, concerns and goals, giving me strength, inspiration and empowerment to persevere and continue my growth.
